Instagram is driving the world crazy right now.
Attentions keeps shifting in the direction of the smartphone and we all know who is the BIG BOSS on the “small screen”
Instagram has recently proudly announced they have more than 1M monthly active advertisers.
This time last year that number was at 200K.
For those of you bad at math and for emphasizing purposes 🙂 that is 800k new advertisers in 12 months.
I feel like we (marketers) have just started destroying Instagram by over flooding it with sponsored content.
Not sure I should say that out loud.
This is widely expected though.
As users, attention shifts from one platform to the other, adverting interest increases as well.
